General Terms and Conditions – Camping Pitches
1° - Pitches are held for 24 hours after the expected arrival date.
After this period, the reservation will be cancelled, and the full cost of your stay will be charged. Reserved pitches are available from 12:00 p.m. and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Arrivals are between 12:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m., and departures between 8:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Departures after 12:00 p.m. will result in an extra day's charge.
2° - A deposit of 25% of the total stay is required, including a non-refundable and non-deductible €14 booking fee.
3° - The balance for camping pitches is payable upon arrival.
The balance for rentals must be paid 30 days prior to arrival, without any reminder from us.
4° - In case of cancellation, the following will be retained or remain due :
- the deposit paid
- the booking fee
All cancellations must be made by registered mail at least 30 days before the scheduled arrival date.
5°- In case of late arrival, early departure, or changes to the agreed supplements, the full amount of the stay remains due, as per the reservation contract.
No refund will be made. Visitors must park their vehicle in the parking lot, report to reception immediately, and pay the applicable rate posted at the campsite entrance.
Le Camping Le Pô Doré campsite accepts rental bookings under the following conditions :
- Reservations become final upon receipt of the initial payment.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a payment of 25% deposit of the total stay + €14 booking fee.
- Payment may be made by credit card (via secure website or by phone at 02 41 38 78 80), cheque, ANCV holiday vouchers, or postal order. The rental is personal and non-transferable. Subletting or transferring the reservation is prohibited. Any modification affecting the total cost of the stay must be declared upon arrival. In case of incorrect declaration, the contract will be automatically terminated, and all amounts paid will be retained by the campsite.
On arrival, two cheques will be requested :
- one cheque for €200 as a rental security deposit.
- one cheque for €75 for the cleaning fee. Please note that the accommodation must be left clean.
These cheques will be returned by post within approximately 15 days after departure. An additional security deposit of €500 will be requested for groups of more than 20 people to ensure compliance with noise regulations and to respect other campers and the terms of sale (no noise after 10:00 p.m.).
Arrivals are from 3:00 p.m., and departures between 9:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. Departures after 12:00 p.m. will be charged an extra night. In July and August, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday only. Please inform us in case of late arrival, as no check-in is possible after 8:00 p.m. If no news is received within 24 hours of the expected arrival date, the management reserves the right to reallocate the rental. No refunds will be made for any payments already received.
Any complaint concerning the non-conformity of the services with the brochure description must be made in writing to reception before the end of the stay, and confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 30 days after the end of the stay. After this period, no complaint will be considered.
Once the stay has started, all paid amounts are non-refundable, even in the case of early departure or late arrival, regardless of the reason.
During your stay, you may be photographed and featured in future brochures of Le Pô Doré or on other marketing materials. If you do not wish to appear, you must notify us by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt before your arrival.
The renter confirms that they hold a private liability insurance policy covering any damage caused to the rented or entrusted property.
